The increased competition for land drove both humans and the Naphali to assert themselves more on the continent, driving large populations of giants eastward as early conflicts began to erupt. This balance of power began to shift with the Perilo growing in large numbers and taking over great amounts of land. Giant and Dwarven history was not recorded in the Great scrolls, so hardly anything was known about them till much later. There was little conflict between these different groups owing to their geographical isolation as well as the relatively sparse population density of the continent as a whole. The Naphali and dwarves lived in relative isolation, with the former confined to the deep western forests and the latter relegated to the tall southern mountains. The humans, known as Perilo, had numbers much smaller than the other races. Perisno is thought to be the first inhabited territory in the world, with the first of these inhabitants being the ancient races of the land: the giants, the Naphali, dwarves and humans. Can you build a empire and claim this land for your own? Can you rule Perisno with your might? There is hardly ever peace, and every faction has their own goals for conquest. The land of Perisno is at war, with countless major powers fighting for control. From Lord of Nothing to King of Perisno, or somewhere in between.The year is 395. Perisno is intended as a story told by the player themselves. Later versions will allow the abilitiy to bring minor factions to glory and power. The player can hunt legendary treasures, loot caravans, and sell prisoners to gain wealth. There are many options in Perisno, and the player may join an existing army or strike out on their own. We're also introducing a bunch of new mercenaries, roaming parties, household troops, quests, sea travelling, dynamic troop trees, fog of war, new kingdom management features, and many other features!Ī custom soundtrack! Explore the world while listening to a great custom soundtrack! We've added all new music for better gameplay, and also improved the sounds of the game! You may find taking a town or castle from the Elintor or Realm Of The Falcon exceedingly difficult. Some factions are purposely bad in certain situations. Numerous factions of both major and minor importance bring different strengths, balance, and styles of war to the field. There are some mythological creatures and magic, though magic is out of reach of the player sans a few powerful relics like the mighty Flamebringer! Perisno is a low fantasy setting with Naphali, Dwarves, and Giants.
